PHASE 1 TUMBLING SCHEDULE

Progression 1 Tumbling

Bridges, backbend kick-overs, handstands, cart-wheels.

No experience required

Progression 2 Tumbling

Front and back walkovers.

No experience required

Progression 3 Tumbling

Standing back handspring series, round off back handspring series, round off back handspring tuck, front handspring.

Front and back walkover required.

Progression 4 Tumbling

Series back handspring to tuck, standing tuck.

Standing and running back handspring required.

Progression 5 Tumbling

Layouts.

Standing and running tucks required.

Progression 6 Tumbling

Fulls and doubles.

Layouts required.
